2. Group Booking & Confirmation:

• Any booking more than 4 rooms is considered a group booking
• A 50% advance payment is required to confirm a reservation
• Balance 50% must be paid 30 days before check in

3. Check-in: 15:00 Hours, Check-out: 10:00 Hours

4. Child & Extra Bed Policy

• Child upto 6 years of age are not charged in case they do not require an extra bed
• Children 6-12 years of age will be charged INR 3,000 /- (all inclusive). This will include all meals and experiences
• Children above the age of 12 will be treated as adults
• Extra bed for an adult will be charged at 5000/- (all inclusive)
• Charges for driver/nanny to be accommodated in shared staff accommodation: 750/-

2. Group Cancellations:

• 45–30 days before check-in: 50% of total booking amount chargeable
• 30–0 days before check-in: 100% of total booking amount chargeable

3. Emergency Cancellations:

• Cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (such as, but not limited to: government restrictions and weather related inaccessibility) are not The Doksa's responsibility. On a case to case basis we can consider a credit note with a validity of one year, else our standard cancellation / no-show will apply

4. No-Show Policy

• Guests failing to arrive without prior intimation are considered a no-show
• The booking will be non-refundable

5. Rescheduling Policy

• Date changes requested more than 30 days before check-in may be accommodated without charge, subject to availability
• Date changes within 30 days follow the cancellation tiers listed above
